Customizing Your Map Markers Tutorial:

Customizing your map markers in Maptive is easy. Just follow the steps outlined below:

Selecting your marker set

Step 1: Open your map from the homepage. Then click on Map Settings.

Step 2: Look for and click on Map Markers / Graphics.

Step 3: Select your marker set by using the 'Map Marker Style' drop-down menu. Or just select 'Customize Map Markers' to select and adjust your markers to individual specifications.

You can further customize your markers as per your branding needs with the option 'Upload Custom Marker.' You can upload your own custom marker styles, images or even company logos!

You can even customize markers for groups:

First, select 'Grouping / Colored Pins' From the Map Tools. From there, you'll see your groups (primary groups and secondary groups).

Select from the primary and/or secondary group that you would like to customize the group markers for, and then open Group Marker Settings by clicking on the location pin icon next to the group you intend to customize.

Now, you can edit and customize the individual group markers in the Group Marker Settings.

You can even customize individual markers right from the map:

Click on the marker you want to edit, then click on Settings and Customization icon,

Go to Customize Marker, and then you can edit the individual marker in the popup.

*We do suggest using the grouping tool for most of your customizing of markers*

Finally, you can also delete a marker from your map. Just click on a location point so the marker information appears on the right of the screen. Then select the red 'Delete Marker' icon from the options and click on 'Delete Marker' from the drop-down.
