MaptiveIQ - Updating Your Account Information

Modifying Your Profile/Account Tutorial:

To make changes to your Maptive Profile or Account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to Maptive.

Step 2: From any Maptive tab (Home; Map or Data) click on the silhouette of the person on the lower left side, as indicated in the picture below.  

Step 3: Account Settings will open up.

You can edit your name, email, password (you DO NOT have to edit your password to edit any of the other information), get into your payment portal (where you can download your receipts), set up 2-Factor authentication and manage your subscription.
