Does Maptive have a free option?

The free version will leave you with 250 locations and 5 maps. You can still save as a PDF, email or sharing the map. Some of the buttons are limited, some are off entirely. See below at the first screenshot at what tools are available.

Once the trial ends and you login you will see on the top right corner a green button that says buy Maptive now. Click on that, and under the purchase button it says downgrade (it's a link, not a button). Click on that and you will get a dialog box, see screenshot below just click ok and you will be able to continue to access your maps. You will lose any of the specific settings you made under the buttons that will no longer be available however.
