Working With Maps on Your Mobile Device

Did you know you can access and use Maptive on your mobile device? It's easy! This tutorial will provide you with an overview of the features available when accessing Maptive from your mobile device. 

When you log into Maptive on your phone, you will have access to the following features (see corresponding visual below to match the numbers):

1. Address Key
2. Find Current Location
3. Search bar
4. Location Finder
5. Tools (Grouping Tool, Filter Tool, Distance / Radius Drive Time Polygon Tool, Route Optimization / Directions Tool)

What You'll See When You Log In:

When you log into Maptive from your phone, you will be brought to the same home dashboard screen that you're familiar with seeing when accessing from your computer. To start mapping, simply click into a map or saved map view:

Getting Turn-by-Turn Directions to a Location on Your Map:

To get directions to a location on your map, follow these steps:

Step 1: Tap on the location to open the info popup window. 

Step 2: Click the Open in Google Navigate button. 

Step 3: Click Open when prompted.

You can also get turn-by-turn directions by clicking Open in Google Navigate when viewing a location in the Address Key:

Note: Any changes you make while using Maptive from your mobile device will sync in real-time and be accessible the next time you access Maptive from the web.
