Customizing Your Shared, Embedded, and Presentation Maps Tutorial:

When it comes to customizing your shared, embedded, and presentation maps, you have a lot of options. Follow this guide to learn how to turn certain features on and off. 

The first thing you need to do is open your 'Map Settings' window by clicking on the gear wheel icon located in the upper left hand corner of your map. 

Next, find the 'Shared/Presentation Maps' options drop down. When you click on it, your screen will look like the one below. We've added arrows and numbers that correspond to explanation statements below. Scroll down to match each number to its statement. 

1. Turning this off will hide a map title on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

2. Turning this off will hide the search box on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

3. Turning this off will hide the distance calculator on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

4. Turning this off will hide the show my location button on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

5. Turning this off will hide the map image export button on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

6. Turning this on will display only a legend on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

7. Turning this on will replace the grouping tool with a legend on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

8. Turning this on will enable the grouping tool on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

9. Turning this on will enable the filter tool on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

10. Turning this on will enable the proximity / radius tool on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

11. Turning this on will enable the direction and route optimization tool on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

12. Turning this on will enable the territory tool on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

13. Turning this on will make the tools menu (map legend) open by default when a shared/presentation map is opened.

14. Turning this on will make the filters menus be expanded by default when a shared/presentation map is opened.

15. Turning this off will deactivate street view on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

16. Turning this off will deactivate satellite view on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

17. Turning this on will give users zoom control on a shared, embedded or presentation map.

18. Turning this on will allow you to open a menu that displays a list of the addresses corresponding to markers on the map. 

19. Turning this on will make the Address Key load and appear by default when a shared/presentation map is opened.

20. Turning this on/off will allow you to hide columns of your data that you don't want visible on the map marker popup windows.
