How do I change my account password?
To change your account password, click on the silhouette on the bottom left side of your Maptive screen. This opens Account Settings, where you can change your password.
For Maptive 3 users, click the grey tab where the name of your company or organization is listed in the top right corner of your map admin page. A popup will appear with fields for changing your password.
How do I transfer my account or change my account name (email address)?
You can do this yourself by logging into your Maptive account and clicking on the silhouette on the lower left side. This opens Account Settings where you can change your name, email address, password, payment method or cancel your account. Or you can Contact us and let us know what email address and name within your organization you want the account changed to. We usually will get this changed out within one business day.
